You will be considered eligible for Quick Heal 100% Virus Removal Guarantee, only if you have a valid license subscription to either of the following products of Quick Heal:
Your computer system must have upgraded and latest version of Microsoft Windows apart from having a valid license subscription to any of the Quick Heal Product, as installed and activated on your computer system.
If the Quick Heal expert is unable to remove virus and you are entitled to claim a refund, the following will apply:
The recommendations made by Quick Heal expert on the outcome of Quick Heal 100% Virus Removal Guarantee and related issues will be final and binding.
Quick Heal 100% Virus Removal Guarantee will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Pune will have the exclusive jurisdiction in connection with the same. The availability or scope of Quick Heal 100% Virus Removal Guarantee may be curtailed on account of the applicable law of the country in which it will be performed.
Any questions arising in the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions will be determined by Quick Heal in its sole discretion. Quick Heal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw Quick Heal 100% Virus Removal Guarantee or amend any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein without any prior notice.
